Between August 25 and 27, INSPIRAMAIS
- Design and Material Innovations for Fashion Exhibit will take place.
Unique of its
kind in Latin America, INSPIRAMAIS is known as a reference for the fashion
market and is responsible for driving the creative process of the entire
clothing, textile, footwear, furniture, automotive, accessories and jewelry
industry - national and international - bringing together information that unifies
the language and methodology for the entire fashion production chain.
The project involves
numerous actions, such as the presentation of hundreds of innovative products,
the main players in national and international fashion, virtual stands,
presentation of color charts, talks, research projects and business rounds.
100%
digital - an experience that will leave a mark in the fashion market and
technological innovation
Imagine
entering a Design and Innovation Materials Exhibit for fashion and taking a tour
to learn about global references, to discover hundreds of releases in
innovation, technology, sustainability and design, to have access to innovative
projects, to schedule national and international business rounds, participate
in talks, have contact with several companies and receive information that
transform your decisions to become more assertive in the consumer market. Did
you imagine it? That´s INSPIRAMAIS!
This year, the
edition chose to keep the entire structure of projects and releases that have
defined the Innovation Exhibit´s 10+ years, only now in a digital format. According
to the organization, the idea is not to transpose the physical world to the
virtual world, but rather to promote an exclusive experience, with the
possibility of discovering releases and products, participating in the entire
program and conducting direct business with companies in the virtual environment.
“INSPIRAMAIS promises to be the
biggest online experience in the fashion segment in the country - translating
what INSPIRAMAIS has always brought to the entire fashion industry in Brazil
and abroad. It will be surprising”, Ilse Guimarães comments, superintendent of
Inspiramais.
Walter Rodrigues, stylist, researcher
and responsible for INSPIRAMAIS´ Design Center, understands that this is a
natural process for fashion projects: “Fashion has been flirting with this
virtual path for a long time. The pandemic just accelerated the process.
Digital models are fascinating. If in the physical model, we talk to seven
thousand professionals, now we have the chance to expand this, and the platform
has all the attributes for this promotion. The exhibit will extend to 3 days of
interaction, with exhibitors, speakers and consultants and will be available to
access for 30 days”, he commented.
It is worth remembering that
INSPIRAMAIS is a great source of references for fashion designers from many
countries, receiving participation of professionals and companies from Mexico,
Peru, Ecuador, the United States, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia, Italy, France,
England and Asian countries and from the African continent.
INSPIRAMAIS is not just a platform, it is a change of behavior in how we
confront the technological future. The future of the industry is hybrid and is
redesigning the entire industry.
World businesses connecting digitally
The number of companies already registered for the Business Rounds this edition
is surprising. More than just business, INSPIRAMAIS takes the country's
institutional image. Seeing so many international groups signing up
spontaneously in search of doing business with our products is incredible. We
no longer have a time zone, travel time, airline tickets. We are arriving all
over the world so that it can absorb all this knowledge that we offer”, Maria
Cândida comments, from Abimóvel (Associação Brasileira das Indústrias do
Mobiliário [Brazilian Association of Furniture Industries]), which will be
participating in Inspiramais.
For ABIT (Associação
Brasileira da Indústria Têxtil e de Confecção [Brazilian Association of Textile
and Clothing Industry]) this is an irreversible process. According to Fernando
Pimentel, president of the entity, “We will not have a post-Covid world, but a
world with Covid. This new format of the digital and technological world is not
something new, it has only been accelerated. Increasingly, integration of the
links that produce and distribute becomes inevitable and technology will make a
big difference. The challenge is to know how to humanize this process”.
Fernando Bello, President of CICB (Centro
das Indústrias de Curtumes do Brasil [Brazilian Tanning Industries Center])
also concludes that this is the path: the leather sector is an industry that
goes back thousands of years and has accompanied humanity throughout history.
This time motivates us of the possibility of entering the virtual market with
force. We will approach the consumer more quickly in making decisions, being
close to the world all day, 24 hours a day. INSPIRAMAIS is prepared to provide
all of this.
INSPIRAMAIS in the virtual world
If INSPIRAMAIS is characterized by
innovations, the project seeks to overcome the challenges of the digital world
with its cutting edge experience. “We are going to transform all these values
and product releases into this digital model. INSPIRAMAIS is a development
program for companies, which begins with research and brings these values along
with a Brazilian perspective. This interaction with research and product
development has already taken place and has always been interesting”, Walter
Rodrigues stresses.
Based on the Free Spirit theme, those
connected to INSPIRAMAIS will have access to several projects, such as
Inspiramais Connection, Leather Preview, + Estampa [print] Project, Buyer
